These Service Terms (the "Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website Tropics Gaingro and the AI trading platform, together called the "Service", operated by Tropics Gaingro Inc. ("Tropics Gaingro", "we", "us" and "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you disagree with them, you must not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you satisfy this age requirement and can legally agree to these Terms. The Service is unavailable wherever applicable law prohibits its use.
2. Opening an Account
Full access requires an account containing accurate, current and complete details. You must protect your login information and are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has accessed it without permission, notify us promptly at if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or participate in fraudulent or abusive activity.
3. Service Scope and Restrictions
Tropics Gaingro offers AI-based market analysis, trading signals and optional automated order placement through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is intended for information and analysis only.
- Tropics Gaingro does not hold, control or safeguard your funds. Your capital stays in the brokerage or exchange account held in your name.
- The platform can connect to a broker through API credentials with read and execution permissions. Those credentials do not permit withdrawals.
- Historical results from a strategy or signal should not be treated as an indication of what may happen in the future.
- Every form of trading involves loss risk, including the possibility of losing your original capital.
4. No Investment Guidance
Nothing made available through the platform Tropics Gaingro is financial, investment or trading advice, or any other form of advice. AI signals and analytical outputs are supplied for information only. Seek guidance from a suitably qualified financial adviser before taking investment action. Tropics Gaingro is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Charges and Billing
Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. Current charges appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Applicable taxes are additional and remain your responsibility. Plans are charged in advance monthly or yearly. At our discretion, new subscribers may receive a refund within 14 days of the first charge.
6. Permitted Use
You must not:
- Use the Service for an illegal purpose or contrary to applicable rules.
- Try to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform or obtain its source code.
- Deploy scripts or automated tools to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Sell, sublicense or commercially use any part of the Service without our prior written approval.
- Damage, interrupt or impair the Service, its operation or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or other conduct prohibited by financial rules.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All materials, software, algorithms, marks and confidential know-how included in or supplied through the Service belong exclusively to Tropics Gaingro or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or other rights to you. Our marks and logos may not be used without written permission.
8. Warranty Exclusions
THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Tropics Gaingro DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS.
9. Liability Limits
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Tropics Gaingro SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING RESULTS OR BUSINESS OPERATIONS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED SUCH LOSS COULD OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Tropics Gaingro DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE RELEVANT CLAIM.
10. Your Indemnity Obligations
You undertake to indemnify, protect and release Tropics Gaingro and its directors, officers, staff and representatives from claims, obligations, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, resulting from or connected with your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.
11. Ending the Agreement
You can close your account through the account settings or by contacting . We may restrict or end access immediately following a breach of these Terms. Once the account ends, your permission to use the Service stops and account information may be removed in line with the Privacy Policy.
12. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tropics Gaingro, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be referred to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia under American Arbitration Association procedures. Users in the EU or United Kingdom may also pursue claims in their competent local courts.
13. Revisions to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material revisions will receive at least 14 days' notice by email or through a platform banner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
